Established in  2017. Rachel Miller Luxury cake design specialises in creating exquisite, refined and elegant wedding cakes and stunning dessert tables for London and the South of England.

 

With an emphasis on finely detailed sugar floristry and outstanding flavour Rachel is creating a name for herself within the industry.

 

WHY 

Creative pursuits have always been a part of Rachel’s life -  starting at a young age learning photography with her father. She later studied study fine art photography in London and Parsons School of Design in New York, exhibiting her work in both cities. 

 

Her photography skills now showcase her cakes and influence the designs she creates. This eye for intricate detail in nature flows into her floral designs to create a piece of art for her clients.  Edible art that is both unique, refined and exquisitely detailed whilst being delicious and unforgettable.

 

Experiencing fine foods on her travels created a desire to replicate them and understand the principles of high-end patisserie. Rachel has spent many hours in her studio kitchen combining beautiful flavours and textures to achieve a carefully curated collection of her favourite recipes.
